Return Policy

Items that are printed in the Highbar Trading Catalog and items displayed on www.highbartrading.com are subject to a 30 day return policy

To receive full credit, products must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Please do not deface on or deface actual product packaging. Any components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables, and /or accessories must also be included. If merchandise is returned to our warehouse in non-resalable condition, we will be unable to issue a credit and product will be returned to customer.

Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 5 business days. If you receive the wrong item or the wrong quantity you must report it back to us within 3 business days.

Neither Highbar Trading Co, our wholesaler or our manufacturers accept returns of food, medicinal items, or dated goods. All sales of these products are final.

Furniture items that have been assembled or out of the carton are not subject to return.

Special order products that are not in the Highbar Trading Co. general line catalog are non-returnable unless defective.

All custom products are non-returnable and will require a sign off by the customer.
